Is the procedure painful and does it leave scars?

Due to the fact that a local anaesthetic is used, the level if pain is very minimal, and if anything the application of the local anaesthetic causes more discomfort. With regard to scars, only close expert examination will lead to detection. To the untrained eye, there will be no visible scarring, only a very fine scar hidden by your hair.

When will I notice any growth from my new hair?

New hair will break through at 3-4 months after the procedure, however it can take 6 months for any significant cosmetic difference to your appearance.

Can anybody have hair root microsurgery?

Yes, except for hemophiliacs and people with significant medical conditions.

Is there any danger involved?
